Principal Psychologist & Board Approved Supervisor

Katie is a Registered Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar) and Board Approved Supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical).

Katie has extensive experience providing psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide array of presentations. Her expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mood difficulties, personality disorders, and neurodivergence such as Autism and ADHD.

Katie enjoys offering support and psychoeducation, helping individuals navigate complex emotional and behavioral needs with confidence and compassion. In addition to her clinical psychology practice, she has worked across public health services and the disability (NDIS) sector.

She has facilitated both individual and group interventions and is skilled in coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, doctors, and allied health professionals. She draws on a broad range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Interventions, Circle of Security (COS), Strengths-Based Practice, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Her therapeutic style is collaborative and holistic—recognizing the importance of tailoring therapy to suit the individual. Katie’s approach is grounded in empathy, validation, and compassion. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences and reconnect with their strengths.
