Psychological Therapy
At Peace of Mind Psychology Clinic, we provide evidence-based psychological interventions that are individualized and catered to people's needs. We provide treatments to help our clients with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, neurodevelopment disorders, trauma, and behavioural concerns. We believe that every client is unique and deserves personalized care. Our therapists work closely with each client to develop a plan that suits their individual needs, goals, and preferences. We use evidence-based practices and regularly review progress to ensure our clients are getting the most effective treatment possible. Our therapists have extensive experience in using various treatment modalities to help clients gain practical skills to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

We understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult and vulnerable experience. That's why at Peace of Mind Psychology Clinic, we strongly believe that the foundation of successful treatment is an empathic and collaborative relationship with your therapist. Our therapists focus on creating a safe and non judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood and supported.
Accessible Treatment
We aim to deliver services in a way that is suitable to client's individual needs and availability. This includes:
- Face to Face sessions
- Telehealth sessions (via Zoom)
- Telephone sessions
We accept Australia wide referrals including private (non-referrals), Mental Health Care Plans and NDIS. Our therapists have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health difficulties.
*Please note Peace of Mind Psychology Clinic is not a registered NDIS provider. Therefore, only NDIS plan managed and self managed funding can be accepted.
