We provide assessment and therapeutic support for children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Our clinicians use evidence-based, neuroaffirming approaches to help young people understand their feelings, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and thrive at home, at school, and in their broader world.
Therapy with young people often includes exploring developmental history, attachment patterns, family dynamics, and environmental stressors. We work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, schools, and other professionals—such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Paediatricians—to ensure coordinated, holistic care that supports the best outcomes for every child.

What to Expect in Therapy
Therapy begins with getting to know your child, and your family.
In the first appointment, we explore your child’s developmental history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. Sessions may involve play, talking, creative activities, or skills-based exercises depending on the child’s age and developmental stage.
Parents and caregivers are an integral part of the process, and we provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and collaboration to ensure consistency between home, school, and therapy.
