Katie enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults across a wide array of presentations. She has experience working with neurodiversity, perinatal mood difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma and personality disorders. Katie has worked with individuals in the public health system, private health and disability (NDIS) and has provided individual and group interventions in these settings. She takes a holistic approach to care and uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment based interventions, Strengths based intervention, Circle of Security (COS) and Solution Focused therapy.

She utilises various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to each individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT/Trauma-Focused CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Family Based therapy, and Solution Focused approaches. Adiba is passionate about ongoing professional development, and has a vast interest in trauma and personality.

Mariam is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Master of Professional Psychology. Mariam has experience working in community mental health, supporting children, adolescents and families to manage their complex emotional and personal challenges. Difficulties adjusting to life changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, and neurodevelopmental difficulties are some of the areas in which Mariam has experience working with. She draws upon evidence-based psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-informed CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
