She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical). Katie has extensive experience providing psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide array of presentations. Her expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mood difficulties, personality disorders, and neurodivergence such as Autism and ADHD. Katie enjoys offering support and psychoeducation, helping individuals navigate complex emotional and behavioral needs with confidence and compassion. In addition to her clinical psychology practice, she has worked across public health services and the disability (NDIS) sector. She conducts comprehensive psychological assessments and utilises various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT/Trauma-Focused CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Family Based therapy, and Solution Focused approaches.
